Robyn Griggs, an actor best known for her roles on soap operas "Another World", and "One Life to Live," died. She was 49.

Griggs's death was announced in a statement posted to her Facebook page on Saturday.

Griggs shared her diagnosis of cervical cancer on social media. Griggs shared her story on Facebook via a GoFundMe page.

She went to the hospital for a routine pap test and was told that she has stage 4 cervical adenocarcinoma.

On Facebook, she shared her struggles with health over the past two years. She posted an update in July that stated:
